Youth for Christ is an international ministry reaching 11-19 year-olds and challenging them to be lifelong followers of Jesus. The West Michigan chapter has ministry sites in Grand Rapids, Holland & Muskegon. With the challenges facing many not-for-profits today, WMYFC has developed an upscale thrift store and donation center to help provide funding and awareness throughout West Michigan. NEXT provided an assessment of the current operations, as well as a couple dozen recommendations for increased efficiency, profitability, and community impact.
