In January of 2015, Urban Alliance suffered a potentially devastating setback as their Executive Director suffered a stroke. The Board engaged NEXT shortly thereafter to help assess the needs and future of the organization, and to come alongside the interim Executive Director to help him to succeed. Now armed with a year-long marketing plan, a successful fund development strategy, and a new level of achievement with community funding, Urban Alliance is positioned to reach new heights and effectiveness.
